How long is my offer valid for?

Your offer stands for 7 days from the moment we give it to you. If your circumstances change within that window, just get in touch with your reference number and we'll honour the price.

Does it cost anything?

Accepted Answer

No. The valuation is free, collection is free, and we don't deduct admin fees from your payment. The figure you accept is the figure you receive.

Question 3

What if my car has damage or no MOT?

We still buy it. Tell us honestly about the condition during the valuation and the offer will reflect it. Non-runners and cars without an MOT are welcome.

Question 4

Why is the offer lower than the advert prices I've seen online?

Advert prices are retail asking prices from dealers who will prepare, warranty and market the car. We buy instantly, pay immediately and take on all of that work and risk ourselves, so our offer sits below retail.

Question 5

Do I need to be the registered keeper?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can only buy from the registered keeper, and we'll need to see your V5C logbook and photo ID at collection.

Question 6

What about outstanding finance?

That's fine. We'll settle the finance directly with your lender and pay you the difference. Just let our buyer know when they call.

When do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

Payment goes out the same day, once the car has been inspected and the paperwork is signed. It usually lands within a couple of hours.

Is the offer guaranteed?

It's guaranteed as long as the car matches the description you gave us. Our buyer does a short inspection at collection to confirm mileage and condition.
